Parasha Chayei Sarah – 2023
Shabbat Shalom, Nazarene family.
This week we bring the activity of the parasha Chayei Sarah, in it we will see: Sarah’s death and burial, Abraham seeks a wife for Isaac, Abraham’s descendants, Abraham’s death and burial and Ishmael’s descendants.
B’reisheet (Genesis) 24:18-19
18 So she said, “Drink, my Master.” Then she quickly let her pitcher down to her hand, and gave him a drink.
19 And when she had finished giving him a drink, she said, “I will draw water for your camels also, until they have finished drinking.”
This week corresponds to the reading of the texts:
- B’reisheet (Genesis) 23:1-25:18
- Melachim Aleph (1 Kings) 1
- Mattityahu (Matthew) 2
We hope you and especially your sons and daughters enjoy this effort. For it is through the study of the Scriptures that we can come to understand the love and care that Yahweh has always had for us. And also to perceive that He has been taking care of even the smallest detail, so that we can take care and enjoy all that He gives us. That is why it is so important that our children learn and grow up knowing that they are loved by the Creator of all that exists.
Shalom.
