Shabbat Shalom, Nazarene family.
This week we will study the parasha Bemidbar, portion of year 2, we will see about the organization of the tribes of Israel around the tabernacle, with a specific order for camping and marching. In addition, the special role of the Levites is established, who were consecrated for the service of the tabernacle in place of the firstborn of Israel, being in charge of the sacred tasks. In this study we will learn about the importance of order in set-apart things and the separation of a special group to serve in worship.
Bemidbar (Numbers) 3:12

- Hoshea (Hosea) 2:1-9 / 2:10-15 / 2:16-23

Summary of the weekly study, Year two:
Bemidbar (Numbers) 2:1-3:13
These verses teach us the importance of order, organization and obedience among the people of Israel. Yahweh instructed each tribe to camp and march in a specific place around the tabernacle, reflecting that each individual and group had a unique role in the biblical plan. The tribe of Judah led, which highlights the leadership and authority within the people. In addition, the special role of the Levites, consecrated for service in the tabernacle, replacing the firstborn of Israel, is highlighted. The teaching demonstrates the need to obey and respect the order established by Yahweh.
Hoshea (Hosea) 2:10-15
These verses teach us about Yahweh’s judgment and restoration of His unfaithful people. In the verses, Elohim exposes Israel’s nakedness, symbolizing their shame for idolatry and worship of false gods. As a consequence, He withdraws His blessings, causing scarcity and destruction of what the people regarded as rewards from their false lovers. However, in the midst of the judgment, Yahweh promises restoration. He speaks of taking Israel into the wilderness, where he will renew their relationship with him. This teaching shows the divine discipline and restorative love of Elohim, who seeks to bring His people back.
Luqa (Luke) 16:19-17:10
These versesĀ teaches about judgment, repentance, forgiveness and humility. Yeshua uses a story to show the fate of those who live selfishly, ignoring those in need, and stresses the importance of listening to Yahweh’s word to repent. He then warns of the need to avoid causing stumbling blocks and emphasizes unlimited forgiveness. Furthermore, he teaches that even a small faith has great power when it is genuine. Finally, we learn the importance of serving Yahweh with humility, without expecting reward, remembering that we are obedient servants doing our task.

Enjoy this fun activity with the whole family. Inside you will find development questions for the three weekly sections (Torah, Haftarah and Brit Chadashah). While the older ones discuss the questions and their answers, the younger ones can color the picture related to the teaching, solve a maze, find the 7 differences and much more. We encourage you to do it week by week and instill in your children the habit of studying Yahweh’s word as a family.
We hope you and especially your sons and daughters enjoy this effort. For it is through the study of the Scriptures that we can come to understand the love and care that Yahweh has always had for us. And also to perceive that He has been taking care of even the smallest detail, so that we can take care and enjoy all that He gives us. That is why it is so important that our children learn and grow up knowing that they are loved by the Creator of all that exists.
Shalom
