Parasha Vayelech – 2022

Shabbat Shalom, Nazarenes.

This week in the parasha Vayelech Yah’elohim tells Moses to appoint Joshua as his successor. Likewise we see that Moses wrote all the words of the law and gave them to the Levites, and that these written instructions (torah) is what they were commanded to teach all Israel.

Deuteronomy 31:6
6 Be strong and of good courage, do not be afraid or terrified before them, for YHVH your Elohim is the one who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.

This week corresponds to the reading of the texts:

  • Deuteronomy 31:1-30
  • Hosea 14:2-10
  • Micah 7:18-20
  • Joel 2:15-27
  • Luke 24:13-43

We hope you and especially your sons and daughters will enjoy this endeavor. For it is through the study of the Scriptures that we can come to understand the love and care that Yahweh has always had for us. And also perceive that He has been taking care of even the smallest detail, so that we can take care and enjoy all that He gives us. That is why it is so important that our children learn and grow up knowing that they are loved by the Creator of all that exists.

Shalom
