Parasha Vayigash – 2022

Shabbat Shalom, Nazarenes.

This week we bring the activity of the parashah Vayigash (And he drew near). Joseph reveals his true identity to his brothers, forgives them and invites them to live in Egypt to protect them.

Bereishit (Genesis) 45:5
Now therefore be not grieved, nor angry with yourselves, that ye sold me hither: for Elohim did send me before you to preserve life.

This week corresponds to the reading of the texts:

  • Bereshit (Genesis) 44:18-47:27
  • 1 Kings 2:1-12
  • Luke 4:31-5:11

We hope you and especially your sons and daughters enjoy this effort. For it is through the study of the Scriptures that we can come to understand the love and care that Yahweh has always had for us. And also to perceive that He has been taking care of even the smallest detail, so that we can take care and enjoy all that He gives us. That is why it is so important that our children learn and grow up knowing that they are loved by the Creator of all that exists.
