Shabbat Shalom, Nazarene family.
This week we bring the activity of the parasha Shelach, in it we will see: Mission of the twelve spies, Israel reveals itself against Yahweh, Yahweh punishes Israel, the defeat at Horma, laws about the offerings, stoning of a Shabbat violator and stripes on the garments.
Bemidbar (Numbers) 13:1-2
1 And Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
2 “Send men to spy out the land of Canaan, which I am giving to the children of Israel; from each tribe of their fathers you shall send a man, every one a leader among them.”
This week corresponds to the reading of the texts:
- Bemidbar (Numbers) 13:1-14:7 / 14:8-15:7 / 15:8-15:41
- Yejoshúa (Josué) 1:1-9 / 1:10-18 / 2
- Matityahu (Mateo) 10
- Maasei (Hechos) 13:1-25 / 13:26-52
We hope you and especially your sons and daughters enjoy this effort. For it is through the study of the Scriptures that we can come to understand the love and care that Yahweh has always had for us. And also to perceive that He has been taking care of even the smallest detail, so that we can take care and enjoy all that He gives us. That is why it is so important that our children learn and grow up knowing that they are loved by the Creator of all that exists.
