Parashiot Vayigash

Vayigash or Vaigash (וַיִּגַּשׁ—Hebrew for “and he drew near” or “then he drew near”, the first word of the parasha) is the eleventh weekly Torah portion in the annual cycle of Torah reading.

In the parasha, Judah pleads on behalf of his brother Binyamin (Benjamin), Yoseph (Joseph) reveals himself to his brothers, Ya’akov (Jacob) comes down to Mitzrayim (Egypt), and Yoseph’s administration of Mitsrayim saves lives but transforms all the Egyptians into bondmen.
